1. A minimum notice of 7 days is required to place a booking
2. Orders placed at least 14 days in advance require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to the event or function.
3. Orders placed between 7 and 14 days notice must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. In the event of cancellation 15 days or more prior to the booking, Haldi Mirchi Catering Limited will refund all funds paid.
5. In the event of cancellation within 15 days of the function, Haldi Mirchi Catering Limited will retain the full deposit, due to costs incurred in preparation for the event.
6. In the unlikely event that Haldi Mirchi Catering Limited has to cancel your catering, the full amount paid will be refunded.
7. General cleaning is included in the cost of the function, and includes the following:
o Cleaning of the kitchen and buffet/service areas
o Clearance of empty plates and glasses from guests tables
Please note, should additional cleaning be required, charges will be incurred.
8. For bookings where only food is required without any additional services, the utensils that need to be returned should be washed thoroughly before being returned.
9. A charge will be made for any missing, damaged, or dirty utensils.
10. Please notify us of any special dietary requirements as soon as possible, so that provision can be made to cater for these requirements. Within reason, we will endeavour to provide an alternative if informed well in advance.
